Biography
"Therefore go and make disciples
of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and
of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey
everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always,
to the very end of the age."
--Matthew 28:19-20
Rev. Leih is a second career pastor, with 12 years of ordained ministry.
She has BS degrees in Psychology and Sociology with a special emphasis
in Criminology from UW-Madison. She also has a degree in Medical
Technology with a minor in Chemistry from UW-Parkside. She worked as a
Medical Technologist for many years, until she discerned her call to
ordained ministry. She graduated in 1998 from Garrett Evangelical
Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity degree and was appointed
to serve at Aldersgate UMC in northwest Milwaukee. The past seven years
she has been pastor at St. James UMC in East Troy.
Pastor Sue is married to Tom Leih who works for IBM. They have two
children and one grandchild. The family makes their home in Caledonia.
