"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." --Matthew 28:19
The first evangelist was an angel. Notice how the word angel shows up in the word evANGELism. The word evangelism is derived from the Greek words "good message." In succeeding translations it became "gospel" and "good news." There is no more important work of the Church than the task of reaching out to people with the good news of Jesus Christ!
