United Methodist Men (UMM)
"Teach the older men to be temperate, worthy of respect, self-controlled, and sound in faith, in love and in endurance." --Titus 2:2
United Methodist Men exists to declare the centrality of Christ in every man's life. Men's ministry leads to the spiritual growth of men and to effective discipleship. The purpose is served as men are called to model the servant leadership of Jesus Christ. This calling is demonstrated by the men of the Yorkville United Methodist Church by the fellowship and mission projects that we endeavor to do.

Yorkville United Methodist Men is a group of men who share a common Christian bond.

We are committed to supporting a variety of missions
including Boy Scouts, sponsoring youth to camps, and
the Building Fund to
mention a few.

Activities include monthly meetings, an annual sweetheart dinner, and inspirational speakers.

Work projects include helping people move, assisting with minor projects around the home, and constructing picnic tables.
