Worship

Lord your God and serve Him only.'"

"Sharing God's Love" is what the Yorkville United Methodist
Church is all about! That concept is most evident in our worship.
We sing together,
we share our joys, we share our concerns,
we share God's word and we praise
God's presence in our daily lives.
On the first Sunday of each month
we share Holy
Communion.
Two services
are offered on Sunday mornings.
Both our services and our church
school program (held during
the school year) are open to everyone.
We hope you will join us!
Sunday morning at 10:15 a.m. is
our blended/traditional service,
with our choir
accompanied by our organist and pianist.
Fellowship time follows the service
each week. Sunday
School classes for ages 3 to
adult start at 9:00 a.m. during the
school year.
Our Sunday morning 8:00 a.m. service
provides a casual setting with an
emphasis on music. This informal
praise service is led by our pastor
and is accompanied by two (sometimes
3!) guitarists. Drama is also a part
of this service.
