We are excited to try a fall Pasty Sale this year. Here’s how it will work:
Volunteers will make and bake pasties on Friday, November 14 and Saturday, November 15.
Pasty pick up will be on Saturday, November 15, starting in the late afternoon. Flyers with more details will be available at church soon. Please tell your friends and family.
What’s a Pasty, you wonder? A Pasty consists of ground beef, pork, potatoes, carrots, and onions mixed together and baked in a flaky crust. Pasties will need to be reheated before being eaten. They can also be frozen to eat later.
Each pasty will cost $8. We will only accept pre-sales. We will take orders online, through the office, and at church on Sundays. You can sell to your friends and family and turn those orders in to the office or on Sundays.
There will be lots of ways you can serve – mixing, making crusts, putting them together, baking, selling, cleaning up, promotion, and more. Watch for a sign-up sheet to be sent out in October.
