The Road to Recovery Team is working hard to determine how to reopen the church building safely. We are encouraged by the many creative ways the congregation is coming together in socially distant ways and the new mission projects that are serving the greater community.
The Recovery Team is guided by Wesley’s saying “Do No Harm” and our church’s mission “Sharing God’s Love”. We are also guided by God’s word: If you really keep the royal law found in Scripture, “Love your neighbor as yourself,” you are doing right. (James 2: 8)
We are gathering information and data from multiple sources to assist with our discussions and decisions. We are assessing potential risks to individuals and the community.
